Return Policy

If your item is damaged, imperfect, or otherwise not in excellent condition, please email us at info@ironinksigns.com.  We will respond to discuss the issue and we will remedy the problem by replacing your item, if appropriate.  You may return your item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in the original packaging.  You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the item. If you cancel an order before production, you will be charged any actual expenses incurred by IRONiNK, including, but not limited to transaction processing fees and design fees. Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or for custom orders. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Transit times typically range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based the products you purchase.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

We currently ship within the continental United States. For shipping outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.
