Refund policy

Returns
Customers have 30 days after receiving an order to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, imperfect, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ironinksigns.com within three business days of delivery. Including your order number and photos of the item helps us resolve the issue quickly. We will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations
If you cancel an order before production begins, any actual processing or design expenses already incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
